Dolphins Watching

The tour starts at Sesimbra's marina and heads towards the Sado’s estuary, passing through the imposing Serra da Arrábida.

In the Sado’s Estuary Nature Reserve, are registered 261 species of vertebrates, being this an important growth area for many species of fish. It is here, and in the adjacent areas, that we can find the community of bottlenose dolphins Tursiops truncatus, or as they are locally known, Sado’s dolphins.

On this tour we might also find some common dolphins, who like to hunt and play around the boat!
